A message dated April 20, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 121(L&C) am with the following amendment:                          
                                                                               
Page 2, line 19, following "has":                                              
	Delete "completed arbitration of the dispute"                                 
	Insert "exhausted the administrative appeal process"                          
                                                                               
And so, the following is transmitted for consideration:

"An Act relating to patients' rights under a health care insurance            
plan or contract providing coverage for dental care, and prohibiting
